Ingredients
Salt, Red chilli, Turmeric, Fennel, Nigella, Fenugreek seeds, Mustard seeds, Carom, Dill seeds, Cumin, Coriander, Clove, Ginger, Garlic, Acid: Citric acid, Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed soy protein, Cane sugar, Canola oil, Anticaking agent: Silicon dioxide.
Directions for use
Add together one cup of water, white vinegar, Shan Achar Masala Mix and green mangoes or mixed vegetables. Boil on very low heat until half tender and a thick masala paste is formed. Add oil and cook on very low heat until oil becomes hot but does not boil. Stir frequently. Remove, cool and preserve. Use after a few days.

Zutaten
Speisesalz, Roter Chili, Kurkuma, Fenchel, Schwarzkümmel, Bockshornkleesamen, Senfkörner, Bischofskraut, Dillsamen, Kreuzkümmel, Koriander, Gewürznelken, Ingwer, Knoblauch, Säure: Zitronensäure, Maltodextrin, Hydrolysiertes Sojaprotein, Rohrzucker, Rapsöl, Trennmittel: Siliciumdioxid.
Zubereitung
Eine Tasse Wasser, Weißweinessig, Shan Achar Masala Mix und grüne Mangos oder gemischtes Gemüse zusammengeben. Bei sehr niedriger Hitze kochen, bis das Gemüse halb gar ist und sich eine dicke Masalapaste bildet. Öl hinzufügen und bei niedriger Hitze weiterkochen, ohne dass das Öl kocht. Häufig umrühren. Abkühlen lassen und einlegen. Nach einigen Tagen verzehrfertig.
