Ingredients
Paprika, Salt, Red chilli, Coriander, Ginger, Cumin, Cinnamon, Fennel, Black pepper, Fenugreek seed, Carom, Bay leaf, Acid: Citric acid, Maltodextrin, Cane sugar, Canola oil, Anticaking agent: Silicon dioxide, Dried mango powder.
Directions for Use
Combine chickpeas (boil 200g / 1 cup chickpeas in 10 cups of water for 2 hours, then add 1 tsp baking soda and boil for 10 minutes), 3 cups peeled, boiled and cubed potatoes, 1 cup finely diced onions, 3–4 finely sliced green chillies, 3–4 tbsp lemon juice, 2–3 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, ½ cup tamarind paste, and 3–4 tbsp Shan Chana Chaat Masala. Mix well. Serve with crushed papri on top of each serving.

Zubereitung
Gekochte Kichererbsen (200 g / 1 Tasse Kichererbsen in 10 Tassen Wasser 2 Stunden kochen, dann 1 TL Natron zugeben und 10 Minuten weiterkochen) mit 3 Tassen geschälten, gekochten und gewürfelten Kartoffeln, 1 Tasse fein gewürfelten Zwiebeln, 3–4 fein geschnittenen grünen Chilischoten, 3–4 EL Zitronensaft, 2–3 EL frischen Korianderblättern, ½ Tasse Tamarindenpaste und 3–4 EL Shan Chana Chaat Masala vermengen. Gut mischen und mit zerdrücktem Papri servieren
