Directions for use
✔ Cook meat with lentil, onions, ginger paste, garlic paste and Shan Shami Kabab Mix in 8–10 cups of water
✔ Bring to boil, cover and cook on low heat until meat is tender and water is reduced
✔ When done, about 2 cups of liquid should remain in the pot
✔ Remove and grind the meat mixture coarsely
✔ Add eggs and knead well
✔ Make about 20 round flat patties
✔ Heat oil and shallow or deep fry the kababs evenly on both sides until crispy golden

Serving suggestions
✔ Serve with Shan Plum / BBQ / Green Chutney

Gebrauchsanweisung
✔ Fleisch mit Linsen, Zwiebeln, Ingwerpaste, Knoblauchpaste und Shan Shami Kabab Mix in 8–10 Tassen Wasser kochen
✔ Zum Kochen bringen, abdecken und bei niedriger Hitze garen, bis das Fleisch weich ist und die Flüssigkeit reduziert ist
✔ Nach dem Garen sollten etwa 2 Tassen Flüssigkeit im Topf verbleiben
✔ Die Fleischmischung grob mahlen
✔ Eier hinzufügen und gut verkneten
✔ Etwa 20 flache runde Patties formen
✔ Öl erhitzen und die Kebabs von beiden Seiten gleichmäßig flach oder tief frittieren, bis sie goldbraun und knusprig sind
