Ingredients
Red chilli, Salt, Coriander, Turmeric, Cumin, Ginger, Garlic, Cardamom, Black pepper, Large cardamom, Cinnamon, Black cumin, Clove, Fenugreek seed, Nigella, Carom, Acid: Citric acid, Maltodextrin, Cane sugar, Canola oil, Anticaking agent: Silicon dioxide.

Directions for Use

Heat ½ cup oil and fry 3 medium (300g) finely sliced onions for a few minutes.

Add 500g meat (cubed – chicken/beef/lamb), 1 tbsp Shan Garlic Paste, 1 tbsp Shan Ginger Paste and 2–3 tbsp Shan Meat Masala Mix. Stir-fry.

Add 1 finely diced tomato. Stir-fry and add 4 cups water. Cover and cook on low until meat is tender.

Increase heat and cook until oil separates from masala. Add water if required.

Anwendung

½ Tasse Öl erhitzen und 3 fein geschnittene Zwiebeln (300g) kurz anbraten.

500g Fleisch (Huhn/Rind/Lamm), 1 EL Knoblauchpaste, 1 EL Ingwerpaste und 2–3 EL Shan Meat Masala Mix hinzufügen. Anbraten.

1 gewürfelte Tomate hinzufügen. Kurz braten und 4 Tassen Wasser zugeben. Zugedeckt kochen, bis das Fleisch zart ist.

Hitze erhöhen und kochen, bis sich das Öl vom Masala trennt. Bei Bedarf Wasser zugeben.
